3. Vegetable oil

We’re all guilty of having used vegetable oil at some point in our life, and every day we’re learning more and more about the dangers of using it in our cuisine. Vegetable oil use can result in some of the worst diseases imaginable like cancer, Alzheimer’s and cardiovascular disease. We’re lucky since there are plenty of other choices you can use instead of vegetable oil. Avocado oil, olive oil, and even coconut oil are much healthier so we suggest that you start using one of them immediately in order to improve your health.
4. Margarine

Let’s be clear about one thing, whoever told you that margarine is healthy, has lied to you, because it is one of the unhealthiest foods that you can eat. It is butter’s ugly and sick cousin that contains trans fats that will damage your blood vessels and even your heart, and let’s not forget that your cholesterol level will probably go through the roof if you consume it often. If you have any margarine, throw it in the garbage and buy some butter or use olive oil or coconut oil.
