Do Lawn Edging in a Simpler Way

Creating clean and defined edges for your garden beds can enhance the overall appearance of your lawn. A practical way to achieve this is by using a sturdy wooden board, such as a 2×6. Place the board along the desired edge and use your foot to steady it. Then, carefully press a spade into the soil along the length of the board to form a straight cut. Move the board as needed to extend the line, ensuring consistency and precision as you go.
The Micro Greenhouse

If you’re having trouble starting seeds or rooting cuttings, consider creating mini greenhouses from 2-liter soda bottles. Start by cutting off the bottom of each bottle and removing the label. Place a seed or cutting inside each bottle, using it as a small greenhouse to trap moisture and warmth. Once your seeds have germinated or your cuttings have developed strong roots, you can remove the bottle and transfer the plants to their permanent spot.
