3. Blackberries and Blueberries
While they may be healthy and many of us just can’t get enough of them since they have a delicious taste, the matter of fact is that they can seriously stain your teeth. I won’t tell you to completely cut them off from your diet but it is highly preferable that after you consume them to brush your teeth and floss.
4. Red Wine
Red wine may be responsible for our teeth turning a little gray. While it is a drink that in many countries they don’t even eat certain types of food without drinking wine, the sad news is that red wine contains tannins that are also found in tea and coffee, thus similarly staining our teeth. Our advice is to drink wine, but you must know the limit.
