This one may come as a surprise since most of the things that we read on the internet are about the positives of drinking tea. Tea, just like coffee contains tannins and that can lead to stains and teeth discoloration. The interesting thing is that different teas turn our teeth different colors. If you’re a fan of black tea, your teeth have a high chance of turning yellow and if your choice is green tea, they might turn gray. Drinking high-quality tea can decrease the chance of teeth discoloration so even if it may cost more, in the long run it is better to buy high-quality tea since you’re investing in your health.
