No one works out because they enjoy the pain and the repetitiveness that is going to the gym offers, they all are there for a reason, some want to lose weight, while others want muscle definition, for you it may be the fact that you want to look great when you wear a shirt. Finding your reason helps because when you have in mind what you’re trying to achieve, it helps you mentally push through the pain.
