6. Don’t give up when you have “bad” days

If you ask professional athletes, they will tell you that there are days where they have to force themselves to work out, so it is normal for us to feel the same way. When those days come, try to force yourself to leave the comfort of your house and see how you feel when you enter the gym. Talking from personal experience, nine times out of ten, when I forced myself to go to the gym I have always worked out that day because it turned out that I was just too lazy to work out.
