Otha Anders is a 73-year old who was part of the Jackson school Board as a supervisor. He kept an eye on children who were suspended in school and he reveled in his job. The children were also fond of him.
Anders had a family; a wife and kids whose love and support he enjoyed with every step he took. Though one of his hobbies was a bit questionable.
