3. Reduces soreness

According to a study, people who were performing elbow exercises consumed 2 grams of ginger for 11 days, reported that their muscle pain had reduced substantially. In other words, ginger helps reduce pain that comes from being sore.
4. It lowers blood sugars

A study made in 2015, 41 participants who had type 2 diabetes, had their fasting blood sugar lowered by 12% after consuming 2 grams of ginger per day. While this is still uncharted territory and other studies need to be made to prove the effectiveness of ginger on combating diabetes, the preliminary results are terrific, and we hope that further studies will help us understand more how ginger helps fight diabetes.
